SKID ROW ROMANCE Book 2
June 20, 2018
After a tragedy, Layla has a mental breakdown. In an effort to heal, she goes to Vancouver’s Skid Row and recites the poetry she loves to whoever needs it. There are no expectations here, no criticism. She feels free, and less desperate. Mike, the man crouched beside the dumpster across the street, is not at all the derelict he seems. He wants to know the lovely red haired woman sitting on the stool, telling poetry to the lost souls down here.
Can Layla find room in her troubled soul for a friend?
