There’s this hospital, St. Josephs Medical Center, in Vancouver, B.C.
A doctor I know really well works there. She’s an ER doctor, she performs well under pressure, she’s cool in emergencies, she’s talented and smart and inventive. She’s married to Cameron Ross, RCMP Sergeant, who’s working undercover on drug squad. They’re very much in love, and they love the life they have.
But their lives are about to be drastically changed forever.
How do I know this? Writers are a tiny bit like gods, creating worlds and giving their people challenges. Alex and Cameron are my beloved characters from the first of the DOCTOR 911 series, and I’ve made the book perma free so you can enjoy it–and read the other seven.
Try it here–DRASTIC MEASURES--and then be sure to write me a note and tell me whether you enjoyed reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it.
I just read Drastic Measures on my Kindle. I loved it!! It has been a long time since I have read a book that I couldn’t put down (i.e. reading at stoplights, drive thrus etc). I am in the medical field and this one really grabbed me. The situations you wrote about are very believable, yet gives us all hope that good guy in the white hat/coat wins. Thank you for writing this book.
